NOT your average, everyday outpatient clinic
As an occupational therapy owned clinic, we embrace a holistic and naturalistic approach to care. We believe in the body's ability to heal itself given the skillful support of advanced, hands-on therapeutic techniques, innovative, non-invasive modalities, and simple, yet effective exercises. We also understand that addressing the psychological, social, spiritual and environmental aspects of pain and healing, along with the physical, promotes faster recovery and improves long-term prognosis.
OptimaLiving Therapy & Pelvic Health Center specializes in in the treatment of pelvic and core instability, pain, injury & weakness. Our clinicians are licensed occupational and physical therapists with extensive education and training in Western medicine. In addition, we have consciously chosen to combine our medical knowledge and skills with elements of Eastern medicine.
